Men’s Breakfast October 16 at 7:00 a.m. – Our October Men’s Breakfast will be on Sunday, October 16, at 7:00 a.m. in the fellowship hall. All men are invited to come! Sam Abston, who is directly involved with the new Progress Rail facility bringing 50 jobs to Arab, will be our guest speaker. He will share about Kairos ministry and the opportunity to support men in prison with prayer.

Can You Give a Special Gift to the Building Fund on October 16? We are making a final appeal for a special, sacrificial gift to the Building Fund by next Sunday. This is the Sunday we are given the opportunity to make a commitment toward financial giving for the coming year. But October 16 is also our last chance to make a gift to the Building Fund that offsets the amount we must refinance in

November when our loan matures. So a gift made by next Sunday will save the church money in interest payments and take us one step closer to retiring our debt, which presently stands at approximately $253,000 (note: It was $1.1 million two years ago! What a miracle!). If you can give a sacrificial gift next Sunday, this would be an excellent time to do it!

Jennifer Saunders Home Team – We would like to express our gratitude to everyone who donated items and volunteered time to the Jennifer Saunders Mission Yard Sale.  The sale was a wonderful success.  Thank you for giving your time and support.
