Cookies for Christ – As part of our ServeFest outreach ministries, we will again be organizing teams of two to take a gift of fresh cookies, along with an invitational brochure with information on the local churches in the area, to the families of those who have moved into Arab this year. It is not traditional “visitation”, but a simple, at-the-door expression of God’s love. This year, it will be a stand-alone event and each team will be given a smaller number of homes so that it can be completed in about an hour and a half. Signup sheets will be in the Gathering area for teams of two. It’s easy, it’s fun, and it’s a way of sharing love with someone. We will gather to go at 2:00PM on Sunday, November 20th.
